Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of "La Skin Studio s.r.o.", registered office at Smržových 1035/16, Vysočany, 190 00 Prague 9, 192 18 559, Business Address: La Skin Studio s.r.o., Na rybníčku 1329/5, Nové Město, 120 00 Prague, e-mail: la.skin.eshop@gmail.com, phone number: +420705123196 ("We" or "Seller") govern the mutual rights and obligations between you, as the buyer, and us, as the seller, arising in connection with or based on a purchase agreement ("Agreement") concluded through the E-shop on the website laskinstudio.cz in accordance with Section 1751(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended ("Civil Code").

All information regarding the processing of your personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy, which can be found under "Privacy Policy."

The provisions of these Terms are an integral part of the Agreement. The Agreement and Terms are executed in the Czech language. We may unilaterally amend or supplement these Terms. This does not affect rights and obligations arising during the effective period of the previous version of the Terms.

As you are likely aware, we primarily communicate remotely. Therefore, our Agreement is concluded using remote communication tools, enabling us to agree without being physically present, and the Agreement is thus concluded in a remote manner via the E-shop interface on the website ("E-shop interface").

If any part of the Terms contradicts what has been mutually agreed during your purchase process on our E-shop, such specific agreement shall take precedence over the Terms.

I. Definitions

  1. Price: The financial amount payable for the Goods.
  2. Shipping Fee: The financial amount payable for the delivery of Goods, including packaging costs.
  3. Total Price: The sum of the Price and Shipping Fee.
  4. VAT: Value-added tax as per applicable legal regulations.
  5. Invoice: A tax document issued in compliance with VAT law for the Total Price.
  6. Order: Your irrevocable proposal to conclude a purchase Agreement for Goods with us.
  7. User Account: An account established based on the information you provide, enabling the storage of entered data and tracking order history and concluded Agreements.
  8. You: A person purchasing from our E-shop, referred to as the buyer in legal terms.
  9. Goods: Any items you can purchase on the E-shop.

II. General Provisions and Instructions

  1. Goods can only be purchased through the E-shop interface.
  2. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when purchasing Goods. We will consider the information you provide during the order process as correct and truthful.

III. Agreement Conclusion

  1. The Agreement can be concluded in Czech or English.
  2. The Agreement is concluded remotely through the E-shop, with the cost of using remote communication tools borne by you. These costs are no different from the basic rates you pay for internet access or other communication means. By placing an Order, you agree to the use of remote communication tools.

Terms Summary:

  • You can modify your order until it is finalized by pressing the "Order Binding for Payment" button, after which it will be submitted to us.
  • We will confirm your order via email, at which point the Agreement is concluded.

Complaint and Return Policy:

  • If goods are defective, you may notify us and choose a resolution (repair, replacement, discount, or refund). We will address complaints within 30 days.
  • Consumers have a 14-day period to withdraw from the Agreement without reason under specific conditions.
  • Returns must be made clean, ideally in the original packaging.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Consumer complaints can be submitted to la.skin.eshop@gmail.com. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority or through online dispute resolution platforms.

Final Provisions:

  • Any legal relationship involving international elements is governed by Czech law.
  • Terms may be updated; however, changes apply only to Agreements concluded after the effective date of the change.
